Dark Sides Lab is the world’s first AI HS (Honesty & Safety) watchdog: exposing the dark side of fake, overhyped AI products so the tech industry can actually build something trustworthy.

We run a weekly “BS Leaderboard” that ranks AI products by exaggerated claims, bad UX, fake reviews, and broken promises. Our research blends investigative reports, user review scraping, product testing, and community voting.

Social Media Marketing Intern – BS Hype Buster

What you’ll do:

  • Turn weekly BS reports into viral posts for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok.
  • Manage DSL’s community (polls, comments, voting drives).
  • Create dark satire memes about AI hype (founders, cringe demos, scammy launches).
  • Promote DSL newsletter → convert free readers into Pro subscribers.
  • Reach out to influencers, journalists, and subreddits for partnerships.

What we’re looking for:

  • Knack for writing fun, blunt, FOMO-heavy posts.
  • Experience with TikTok/IG Reels style short-form content and Reddit/X style meme posts.
  • Ability to turn boring reviews into snappy, viral content.
