What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate a crew of 3 on-site
• Communicate with homeowners (answer questions, provide guidance)
• Maintain quality, safety, and efficiency on every project
• Operate heavy equipment and perform physical labor alongside your crew
• Partner with company leadership to keep projects running smoothly

What You’ll Build

• Retaining walls
• Paver & flagstone patios
• Landscape installations (plantings, beds, and outdoor living spaces)

What It Takes

• Proven experience building paver patios and retaining walls
• Leadership skills with experience managing a team
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical labor daily
• A drive to build something meaningful and take pride in your work
