Office Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Kick off the day by opening the office at 7:00 AM and setting the stage for a great day
  • Answer phones like a pro and guide calls with a smile
  • Welcome visitors and clients with a friendly, can-do attitude
  • Handle payments and keep records neat and accurate
  • Prepare and make bank deposits like a boss
  • Jump in to help with general office tasks wherever needed

 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Comfortable handling payments and working with confidential information
  • Dependable and punctual, with the ability to work independently
  • Previous administrative or front desk experience preferred
