Scrum Master
Retail Success is looking for a Scrum Master (entry level) to join our Overland Park, KS team. This role plays a key part in connecting business stakeholders and developers, making sure the team delivers solutions that drive real business value. You’ll guide the team through Agile ceremonies, set priorities, and keep work aligned with strategic goals. Along the way, you’ll clear roadblocks, boost team engagement, and keep everyone moving efficiently. Progress is tracked through sprint boards and performance metrics, providing leadership with clear visibility into results.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-year related work experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner/Manager, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Developer, QA, or Tech Support required.

Work Location:
- This position works a hybrid schedule (3 days in office/2 days work from home) in our Overland Park, Kansas office. Candidates must reside in the Kansas City metropolitan area or be willing to relocate.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and developers, helping both approach work from a business-value perspective and ensuring that the business’ vision is appropriately implemented.
- Leads the team in daily standup, estimation, and planning meetings and retrospectives.
- Directs a development team’s work priorities and requirements with team objectives, in order to optimize development work to best achieve business strategy.
- Removes obstacles as appropriate and advocates for people, processes and other conditions that will increase the engagement, efficiency, and effectiveness of the development team.
- Manages the sprint boards to ensure tickets are up to date
- Tracks key metrics and delivers insights to leadership on team performance.
