Next Gen Pastor

Position: Next Gen Pastor - (Full-Time, Salary: Competitive + Benefits)
We envision a joyful, growing, discipleship rich student ministry that is led by a host of adult
volunteers and is strategically partnered with parents. We envision a leader who is pastoral,
personable, organized, & passionate about student ministry. Our Next Gen Pastor oversees
Next Gen associates and interns and reports to our Executive Pastor.

• Leads & Oversees College, High School & Middle School Ministry
  • Creates & Executes Annual Ministry Plan that includes all Real Life Student
    activities
  • Curates & Leads Student Worship Gatherings
  • Recruits, Develops & Disciples Small Group Leaders
  • Identifies, Recruits & Develops Student Leaders
  • Establishes & Leads Adult Leadership Teams
  • Equips Parents through relationships, seminars, & resources
     
• Collaborates with staff team and contributes to church wide ministries
• Preaches & Provides Pastoral Care as needed
• Leads church-wide strategic initiatives & events as needed
• Other duties as assigned
