Position: Worship Pastor - (Full-Time, Salary: Competitive, + Benefits)
Advances the mission of Real Life by overseeing all aspects of our worship ministry.
 

  • Leads and Oversees Worship and Production Ministry
  • Shepherds & provides pastoral care for individuals involved on worship & tech teams.
  • Oversees Tech Director, Worship Coordinator, Worship Leaders & Interns.
  • Oversees all aspects of worship services
  • Curates elements & flow: calls to worship, scripture readings, songs, silence
  • Assigns parts, harmonies, tracks, charts, etc.
  • Prepares for & leads weekly rehearsals
  • Ensures quality Lighting, Sound, Video, Slides, Livestream
  • Oversees Set Up & Tear Down
  • Curates/Maintains song bank (Modern Songs, Rich Hymns of the faith, Original
  • Songs written by Real Lifers)
  • Identifies, Recruits, and Develops worship leaders, musicians & vocalists.
  • Leads Worship for special events.
  • Provides coaching & resourcing to other worship environments (Real Life Kids &
    Students)
  • Stays Current w/ trends in church worship & technology
  • Other responsibilities assigned according to gifts & as needed.
