Customer Service Support Representative
As our Service Support Representative, you will be joining our family-owned business. With 100 years of experience, Mynatt Insurance Agency is a trusted independent agency dedicated to providing personalized insurance solutions and exceptional customer care. We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, billing questions, and coverage changes.
- Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and payment requests accurately and efficiently.
- Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our agency management system.
- Follow all state regulations and company policies while handling sensitive customer
information. - Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention through proactive
communication.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft word, Excel, email, internet browsing)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
- Motivated to help people in an office environment and learn about insurance risk
management.
Hours:
- Part-time (up to 20 hours per week). Owner is flexible with school schedule.
- Hours between 9am-5pm.
- THIS IS AN ONSITE OFFICE POSITION
