Responsibilities

At Community, our Recruiters are responsible for identifying, attracting, and evaluating internal and external candidates. The Recruiter is the central point of contact between candidates and the network throughout the recruitment and on-boarding processes. This position is part of the Pipeline Recruitment team, which focuses on creating career pathways into healthcare for students. The recruiter also:

• Manages the full recruiting lifecycle from initial approval through extending offers
• Manages unique sourcing strategies for each opportunity
• Maintains all documentation in appropriate tracking systems and assists in the tracking and development of recruitment-related metrics and reports when needed
• Maintains internal and external job postings, job boards, websites, social media platforms etc. to ensure all active postings are appropriately marketed
• Attends recruiting events monthly
• Seeks out recruiting trends and best practices

Exceptional Skills And Qualifications

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.

Additional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing consultative partnerships with business leaders in Recruitment and/or Human Resources, Sales, or Marketing.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiating and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Exhibit a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to build effective relationships
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines simultaneously
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to reduce/eliminate barriers
• Energetic and enthusiastic, with a passion for recruiting.
