Marketing Intern
Leading commercial and industrial developer seeking a creative and driven marketing specialist to develop and manage our marketing strategy, design eye-catching business flyers, and maintain a strong social media presence.

As a Marketing intern, you’ll work to develop and execute data-driven campaigns that produce real business results. Strategy and creativity is the name of this game — managing content, creating ad campaigns, optimizing SEO/SEM, and capturing engaging media content for social platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings
- Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Collaborate on social media strategy and content calendars
- Capture on-site photos/videos for client social media use (camera or mobile-based)
- Analyze campaign performance and provide clear reporting and optimization recommendations
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluation
- Manage ad budgets, A/B testing, and campaign refinements across platforms
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets and content
- Manage and maintain a living social media calendar at least one month ahead at all times
- Monitor social media interactions across all platforms
- Create and maintain hard copy marketing flyers
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid ad management
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats
- Experience with photo/video capture and basic editing for social media (reels, stories, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously
- Google Ads and/or Meta certifications are a plus
- Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, or similar platforms preferred
- Experience working with Canva, Photoshop and InDesign for marketing materials
Job Types: Part Time Internship
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
