Fashion Alteration Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled alteration specialists and seamstresses/tailors to provide high-quality alteration and repair services for our customers. As a service provider on Altry, you'll set your own prices, schedule, choose which jobs to accept, and have the freedom to grow your business with the support of our platform. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform alterations and repairs on garments such as hemming, tapering, resizing, replacing zippers/buttons, and general clothing adjustments. 
• Travel to customers' homes or workplaces to complete services.
• Communicate professionally with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations.
• Deliver high-quality work in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sewing, alterations, or tailoring (professional or strong personal background).
• Attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
• Reliable transportation to customer locations. 
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
