Business Analyst Internship (Summer 2026)

MasterBrand Cabinet's Digital & Technology function is seeking Business Analyst Interns for the Summer of 2026!

We are seeking motivated and analytical interns to join our team in one of the following areas:

Information Technology 

• Business Analyst Interns in this area will support operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This internship offers hands-on experience in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting digital transformation initiatives that drive efficiency and innovation across our manufacturing operations.

Customer Experience (Salesforce Focus)

• Business Analyst Interns in this area will support our Customer Experience initiatives with a focus on SalesForce.  This internship provides a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and customer engagement within a manufacturing environment, helping to optimize how we interact with and serve our customers through digital platforms.

As a Business Analyst Intern, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate with business takeholders to understand challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements for technology solutions.
• Help test and validate system changes and enhancements.
• Help document current workflows and and identify opportunities for  efficiencies and automation.  
• Contribute to cros-functional project discussions.  

What Makes You A Fit:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a manufacturing related field. 
• Expected graduation:  Spring 2027.
• Reside in the Cleveland, OH area in the summer of 2026.
• GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL) and business process modeling.
