Community & Content Creator Strategist Intern, Beauty
About Us:
Range Beauty is redefining clean beauty for real skin. Our award-winning formulas celebrate acne- and eczema-prone skin with “Makeup For Skin That Acts Up”. We’re expanding our community and looking for someone who’s tapped into beauty culture and passionate about storytelling through creators.
Role Summary:
We’re looking for a self-starting intern to help us grow our influencer and creator network. You’ll source aligned creators, lead outreach and product seeding efforts, and help shape creative campaigns that increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Source and research micro + macro creators aligned with the Range Beauty brand
- Draft outreach emails and manage seeding requests
- Organize and track influencer partnerships and content
- Brainstorm creative content + campaign ideas (think: TikTok hooks and IG reels campaigns)
- Support campaign execution and social tracking
Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, and culture
- Obsessed with TikTok trends, GRWM culture, and up-and-coming creators
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working remotely and collaboratively
- Bonus if you’ve used tools like Notion, Airtable, or social listening platforms
