Play OnWords Therapeutic Services, LLC is a thriving pediatric private practice in St. Thomas, USVI. We are an inclusive, collaborative team passionate about supporting children and their families through their developmental journey.

We are looking for SLPs who are excited about island life, teamwork, and helping children of all abilities thrive.
Responsibilities
- Provide evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver direct therapy services across a wide range of pediatric communication needs (speech, language, fluency, AAC, social communication, etc.).
- Monitor/document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate and collaborate with families and caregivers.
- Partner with other professionals (OTs, BCBAs, educators, etc.) for holistic, child-centered care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active U.S. state license (no passport required for U.S. citizens).
- Clinical experience or strong interest in working with children with ASD and a variety of diagnoses.
- Strong communication, flexibility, and a collaborative spirit.
