Tokuyama Dental America is an established Japanese company dedicated to the development of quality products for dental professionals. For more than a century, Tokuyama has patented thousands of products and advancements in chemical technology, including three decades on the leading edge of dental innovations and composite development.

Role Overview

We’re looking for someone to help us grow our online presence on social media (mainly Instagram) and engage with our community. This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys Instagram, has a track record of creating engaging videos and posts, and is excited about marketing and building community.

Scope of Work

• Platform: Instagram and other social networks 
• Type of Work:
  • Community engagement (liking, commenting, responding)
  • Analytics reporting
  • Researching, creating, and assisting with scheduling engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, stories, captions)
  • Identifying and sharing viral dental-related videos we can repost

Deliverables

• Regular Engagement with community (several times a week)
• Weekly metrics updates
• Creating and posting Instagram content (posts, stories, reels)
• Content research
• Monthly analytics report

Pay & Hours

• $18/hour  
• 5 hours per week (with potential for more depending on workload)
• Hours tracked on weekly log
• You will submit your invoice every two weeks for payment 

Contract Terms

• This position is as an Independent Contractor, not an employee role.
• You will be responsible for tracking your own hours and submitting them.
