Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing and supporting the firm’s marketing efforts, with a strong focus on paid digital advertising campaign development, execution, and management on Google Performance Max and LinkedIn platforms. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is detail-oriented, creative, and analytical—able to manage campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting. The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of day-to-day marketing activities, such as creating and updating collateral, coordinating digital and social media campaigns, and maintaining brand standards.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Digital Advertising Execution: Demonstrated ability to set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Performance Max) and LinkedIn Ads, including creative placement, audience targeting, data-driven optimization, budget pacing, and performance reporting.
- Ownership & Initiative: Takes responsibility for assigned projects, proactively driving tasks from start to finish, and identifying opportunities to improve campaigns, processes, and content. Ability to work independently given appropriate training and resources.
- Accountability: Holds self accountable for delivering high-quality, accurate work on time while balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Leadership-in-Execution: Serves as a point of contact and coordinator across teams for specific campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment, clarity, and successful execution.
- Working closely with leadership, assists in coordinating marketing plans, business plans, sales strategies, and action plans for identified targets or opportunities that clearly define objectives, goals, strategies, schedules, and action assignments. Participates in strategies that cross over markets and affect the firm as a whole.
- Organizes and maintains Marketing materials. Organizes email campaigns and studio and teammate event & accomplishment announcements.
- Utilizes social media platforms to maintain contacts and market awareness for studio reference.
- Internal communications support.
- Ensures that all materials present a clear, unified, and positive image for the organization and/or brand.
- Participates in the editing and proofing process to help provide quality control for all marketing materials.
- Creatively contributes to the continuous improvement of content.
- Shares new information as it becomes available and supports all Practices as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field, with coursework or certifications in digital advertising (Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads) strongly preferred.
- Experience in marketing, communications, or digital advertising campaign execution; experience in the Architecture and Design industry is a plus.
- Google Ads Certification (Performance Max) and/or LinkedIn Marketing Labs certification strongly preferred.
- Experience with strategic planning, market research, public relations, direct mail campaigns, and development of collateral materials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with website CMS such as Wordpress.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated with good follow-through skills and a strong work ethic.
- Resourceful, well-organized, hands-on, excellent reasoning abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and work effectively with unique and diverse personalities, be tactful, mature, and flexible.
- Exceptional flexibility and orientation toward innovation and change.
- Ability to problem-solve, make suggestions, use sound judgment, and think on feet.

Depending on candidate preference and location, this position can be fully remote or part of NELSON’s in-office hybrid work schedule.
Average Pay Range (regional cost of living, years of relevant experience, certifications, etc. are considered into the hiring process): $23-$33/hour. Additional compensation includes bonuses and benefits. Bonuses can include but are not limited to: Long Term Incentive Plan, Short Term Incentive Plan, Profit Sharing
