About the Role
Elevare is looking for motivated recent graduates and early-career professionals to join our Manager in Training Program. This role is designed to give you hands-on experience in sales, leadership, and team development, while preparing you for management positions based on your performance—not years of experience.
You’ll work in-person, representing leading national brands inside well-known retailers like Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, Home Depot, and Lowe’s.
Responsibilities
- Represent client products and services inside retail locations
- Build customer service and sales skills through real-world practice
- Contribute to team and territory goals
- Help train and support new team members
- Strengthen leadership and management skills through mentorship
