Overview
The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company. The ability to work either independently or in a team environment to achieve personal and team project goals, including the completion of assignments within established time frames.

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform forecasting, annual and/or monthly business plan and rolling plan, variance analysis of actual versus forecast and reconciliation of internal accounts
• Inventory management to ensure valuation accuracy is reflected in financial statement
• Perform reconciliations and manage open/suspense/aged items
• Support external and internal audit / risk management requirements as needed
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, and any reports assigned as needed
• Manage and monitor KPIs and communicate with other teams for improvement plan
• Contact/escalate to other team members to resolve issues with vendor accounts that might affect operation
   

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business, Econ, Finance, Supply Chain, or similar
• 3-5 years in planning / risk management / finance in logistics environment (preferred)
• Korean English Bilingual Strongly Preferred
