Instagram Engagement Assistant (20 hrs/week, $10/hr)

Hi! I’m Aspen 👋 I’m a lifestyle and motherhood content creator based in Laguna Beach. I’m also a single mom co-parenting my daughter — and a lot of my content reflects the real, elevated-but-messy side of motherhood. My audience? Stylish moms (22–38)  who love their kids but also love their own identity. They care about motherhood, fashion, healing, and real life.
 

I need someone to help me with strategic Instagram engagement. This isn’t copy/paste “cute 💕” comments. I want meaningful, witty, and kind comments that make people feel seen and spark conversations. the kind of playful engagement brands like Duolingo or Pepsi do, but with warmth, empathy, and mom-to-mom energy.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Spend ~20 hrs/week engaging on Instagram.
  • Comment on my curated list of accounts plus discover new, relevant ones.
  • Leave meaningful comments (at least 5 words) — no emoji-only spam.
  • Watch at least 70% of a video before commenting so it’s genuine and helps the algorithm.
  • Balance outreach: ~70% nurturing my list + 30% new account discovery.
  • Match my voice: supportive, funny when appropriate, always kind and real.

 

What NOT to do:

  • No emojis-only (🔥🔥🔥).
  • No repeating the same comment.
  • No negativity, snark, or inappropriate humor.
  • No typos or sloppy grammar.

 

Success looks like:

  • ~50–70 high-quality comments/day.
  • Daily consistency (better 1–2 hrs/day than 20 hrs all at once).
  • Measurable engagement: replies, saves, and follows sparked by your interactions.
     

Trial period:

We’ll start with a test week (5–10 hrs) to make sure your humor, tone, and attention to detail are a fit.
 

Pay & Hours:

  • $10/hour
  • 20 hours a week
  • Flexible, but steady daily activity preferred.

 

The Test (to apply):

Pick 3 Instagram posts and show me what you would comment:

  • One funny/viral/trending post.
  • One mom/lifestyle post (something that feels like my audience).
  • One heartfelt/real-life moment.
     

Write the exact comment you’d post (at least 5 words). Show me you can be witty, warm, and strategic.
