Benefit Therapy Services is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST who enjoys working with others and is passionate about serving patients in the Holly Springs, Apex, and Fuquay-Varina areas. Benefit Therapy Services is a therapist-owned, local private practice specializing in providing speech, physical, and occupational therapy. Our mission is to provide the best care to patients and families in our community while learning and growing together as a team. We are looking for compassionate, team-oriented, and patient-focused therapists to join our practice.

Our therapists have the opportunity to grow in their profession by providing therapy services in a variety of settings including:

• Outpatient Clinic
• Daycare Centers/Preschools
• Teletherapy

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging and having fun with co-workers, patients, parents, and caregivers
• Eagerly providing services to children and families
• Actively evaluating and treating a diverse caseload

Qualifications

• Previous experience providing evaluation and treatment in a private practice setting or similar pediatric experience
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• Ability to critically analyze and interpret data, write comprehensive reports, and create patient-centered treatment plans
• Utilization of excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present information to patients, family members, and colleagues

Pay: $36.00 - $45.00 per hour
