Looking for ambitious young scientist to help with lab work to create new citrus varieties using the CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing tool. Previous coursework in life sciences and previous lab experience is preferred.  The intern would aid in plant transformations, plant transfers, starting seeds in tissue culture, making media, washing dishes, and cleaning the lab.
