Executive Intern
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Executive Intern to support our CEO. This is a hands-on role with real exposure to business operations, client communications, and internal projects across multiple departments. This intern will act as the CEO's secondary support for scheduling, client prep, follow-ups, and other high-level tasks. You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with our marketing, business development, accounting, and executive assistant interns to pitch in on projects when needed. There will also be other responsibilities outside of EPS. This can include providing direct help for the CEO managing rental properties on Airbnb and VRBO, and assisting with her personal home organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist CEO with scheduling, prep, and follow-ups
- Support internal projects across multiple departments
- Help manage Airbnb/VRBO properties and guest communication
- Provide organizational and administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Current undergraduate student (Business, Communications, or related fields preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office
- Flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented
Schedule and Compensation:
Interns can choose flexible days within a reasonable schedule. This internship is in-person at 7100 Baltimore Avenue, Suite 502, College Park, MD (next to the University of Maryland Campus). A 15 minute walk from Robert H. Smith School of Business.
