Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders, and thrives in a collaborative, client-centered environment.

Responsibilities

Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions

Develop and implement treatment plans

Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner

Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings

Support clients through recovery, relapse prevention, and long-term planning

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field

Licensed (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Tennessee, or eligible for licensure

Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or related setting preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Commitment to ethical, client-centered care
