We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented recruiter to help us continue our rapid growth.  This role will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring we attract, hire, and onboard top candidates efficiently. Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing our end-to-end recruiting process
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Coordinating interviews and hiring processes with department leaders
  • Working with local colleges to find top talent in their financial planning programs
  • Maintaining candidate pipelines and recruitment databases
  • Assisting with job postings and employer branding initiatives
  • Providing a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process
