Construction Management Intern

MBG is a leading general contractor based in St. Louis, MO with a regional office in Indianapolis, IN. MBG specializes in hotels, luxury multifamily, and commercial developments. Typical projects range from $30-60MM. Our portfolio for 2026 will exceed $300MM under construction.

As an MBG intern, you will have the opportunity to apply your classroom knowledge to real-world job site scenarios. Our internship program is structured to provide exposure to different areas of our business allowing you to learn about Project Engineering, Project Management, and explore your career interests. Throughout the summer you will be a key contributor to the overall profit by providing support while training. Your summer will include exposure to both office and onsite experience.

• Exposure to pre-construction, field operations, and project management.

Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Great attitude, ready to learn, and active participant.
• Valid US Driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction Management, Engineering, or Architect degree program.
• Two years complete with 3.0+ GPA.
• Familiarity with project management and accounting software.
