Transportation Technician 3

$64,776 – $87,048 Annually

WSDOT is seeking a skilled and motivated Transportation Technician 3 to join our team in Tumwater, WA! In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Bituminous Materials Section by working in both the Liquid Asphalt Laboratory and the Nuclear Electronics Laboratory. These specialized labs provide essential services to statewide WSDOT capital construction projects and local jurisdictions by ensuring quality and compliance of performance-graded (PG) asphalt binders, emulsified asphalts, and nuclear density gauges.
