Engineer I (Rotational)

You will build breadth early in your career by rotating throughout our enterprise and gaining exposure to many critical areas of Williams.

 

Our EDP consists of three 12-month rotations in Tulsa, Houston, Pittsburgh, or Salt Lake City, with one year required at a field location.

 

Relocation assistance will be given for those moving more than 50 miles from their home and school address. You will be required to relocate during your time in this program.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in chemical, civil, electrical, energy, or mechanical engineering with a graduation date of May 2026
  • This position is not eligible for sponsorship, OPT or CPT
  • Must possess valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Willingness and ability to relocate to office or asset locations within the United States

  • Work schedule is generally Monday-Friday 40 hours/week; hybrid schedule may be available
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Preferred: FE Certification

  • Provides asset-focused operations technical support, includes identification of innovative solutions and preparing supporting documentation
  • Extensive collaboration with team, subject matter specialists and other business partners
  • Contributes to the growth of our pipeline systems and long-term reliability of our operations
  • Works with multi-discipline teams
  • Hands-on project assignments to build an understanding of how the role contributes to end results
  • Supports project management of capital and expense projects

Pay:

  • Bachelor's degree candidates - $96,000
  • Master's degree candidates - $101,000
