About the Role
We’re seeking a creative and organized college intern to support our marketing team as a Photo Asset Brandfolder Manager. This role is ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling, digital asset organization, and photo editing. You’ll help manage our new photo archive system—Brandfolder—ensuring images are tagged, categorized, and easily accessible for marketing and promotional use.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate library of high-quality photographs for marketing and internal use.
- Organize, tag, and maintain photo assets in Brandfolder for easy search and retrieval.
- Ensure consistent metadata and naming conventions across the archive.
- Edit and enhance photos using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support visual needs for campaigns, presentations, and social media.
- Assist in graphic design projects as needed (e.g., promotional materials, digital ads, internal communications).
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve visual asset workflows.
Qualifications
- Possibly enrolled in a college program related to photography, graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of photo composition, lighting, and editing.
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems (experience with Brandfolder is a plus).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom).
- Good to excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
