Front of House Manager - PAID Summer Internship/Job

FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER:

• Ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the restaurant industry.
• Manage all aspects of the 750 person dining hall, including all meals, snacks and special events.
• Hands on learning with seasonal professionals throughout the summer.
• Manage a team of 15 staff working in front of house in the dining hall.
• Work closely with the Food Service Manager and Head Chef.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of special events, working directly with our program team.
• Camp Winadu hires 250+ male and female staff from around the country and all over the world.
• The ideal candidate will be high energy, fun and flexible, embracing our motto “Building Character Through Sports”.

This position includes a summer salary, room & board PLUS travel reimbursement.
