We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and expand our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate is passionate about all things social media and has a strong understanding of how to use various platforms to build community, increase brand awareness, and support business goals.Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategy: Create and execute a social media strategy that aligns with our marketing and business objectives.
  • Content creation: Produce, edit, and publish engaging content, including text posts, photos, and videos, tailored for each social media platform.
  • Community management: Monitor our social media channels, engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, and foster a positive and interactive online community.
  • Performance analysis: Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., engagement, traffic, conversions) and use data to refine and optimize future social media campaigns.
  • Trend awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our brand remains relevant.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other departments to ensure brand consistency and coordinate cross-channel campaigns.

Qualifications and skills

Experienced social media specialist

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or Specialist.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing social media campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their respective analytics.
  • Excellent copywriting and visual design skills.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Communications, or a related field.
