Sales Representative

Sales Representative, this is an in-person role

Nilo Consulting is growing, and we’re looking for ambitious, people-first individuals to join our growing sales team! As a Sales Representative, you’ll connect with customers face-to-face, build lasting relationships, and help deliver tailored solutions that drive real results. This is a W2 position and is not commission only. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Represent our brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Conduct in-person outreach to potential and existing customers
  • Customize product and service solutions to match customer needs
  • Track performance metrics and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with team leads to continuously improve your strategy

Pay Scale and Benefits:

  • Pay range of $600-$1000 weekly.
  • Commission: Performance-based commission for meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bonus: Performance bonus based on company profitability and individual contributions.
  • Benefits: PTO. This position does not offer traditional benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, or retirement plans.
