Wine Steward and Sales Associate

We’re looking for a dedicated, year-round sales associate and wine steward to join our team! The ideal Marrowstone Vineyards team member will be dedicated to the winery, its customer base, and the future of the brand. They will be expected to attentively assist customers, make wine sales, become generally knowledgeable about WA wines, perform housekeeping duties, wash and polish glassware, stock wine and snacks, and become a part of our tight-knit Marrowstone Vineyards family. 

Marrowstone Vineyards is open Friday-Sunday all year. New employees can expect to work between 15-20 hours per week from September to mid-May, and 21-25 hours per week from mid-May to September. The perfect candidate is 21 or older, committed to long-term employment with a tight-knit team, equipped with an up-to-date WA State Food Worker Card and WA State MAST certification, kind, positive, and able to improvise, and able to lift at least 30 pounds (wine is heavy!)
