We specialize in building custom, no-code/low-code frameworks (like Form → Sheet → Email + AI), using tools businesses already know—such as Google Workspace, Microsoft, Notion, and Make.com.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a technical co-founder who wants to build the engine, not just drive the car.

You’ll co-architect and build FlowMosaic’s core automation frameworks, help productize reusable components, and lay the technical foundation for scale. You’ll shape the roadmap, co-own delivery, and eventually mentor others as the company grows.

You don’t need to quit your job tomorrow.
But you do need to be committed to the mission, the product, and building something meaningful from the ground up.


Tech Stack We Use

Google Workspace APIs (Sheets, Gmail, Apps Script)

Make (Integromat), Power Automate, Zapier

Python (for automation, API integrations, and lightweight backend tools)

OpenAI / GPT APIs (plus Claude, Gemini, etc.)

Notion, Airtable, Tally, Google/Microsoft Forms

Bonus: JavaScript, OAuth, Webhooks, Firebase, Node.js, and RESTful APIs



What You’ll Be Doing

Architect and productize automation frameworks, starting with FSE (Form → Sheet → Email + AI Summary)

Build and maintain reusable libraries, setup templates, and internal tools

Write secure and scalable flows using APIs, logic, and automation platforms

Collaborate on client projects and document systems for internal reuse

Implement standards, conventions, and deployment practices

Help prepare the delivery engine to scale efficiently


What We’re Offering

3%–10% equity, based on role, milestones, and commitment

Milestone-based vesting (e.g., 1% for productizing FSE, 1% for first client deployment)

Founding-level access to strategy, technical direction, and decision-making

Option to scale from part-time to full-time as revenue allows

What We’re Not Offering

A full-time salaried job (yet)

Passive ownership — equity is tied to contribution and delivery

A fully staffed team to delegate to — we are still lean and building foundational systems

You’re fluent in tools like Apps Script, Python, or Make.com

You think in systems, and enjoy building from scratch
