This is a full-time/ part-time, on-site role for a Line Cooks located in Greenwich, CT. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes according to recipes, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen. Daily tasks include food preparation, plating dishes, ensuring kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications
 

  • Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking Techniques, and Plating
  • Knowledge of Kitchen Safety and Sanitation Standards
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment and Follow Recipes
  • Strong Teamwork and Communication Skills
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; Culinary School is a Plus
  • Prior Experience in a Professional Kitchen Preferred
