Job Overview: We're currently seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join and help build our brand in the market. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that result in increased enrollment and that drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research, marketing strategies and content creation. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and connecting with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze current trends, audience behavior, and keyword performance to uncover new marketing opportunities and improve campaign results.
- Define and track SMART goals and KPIs for digital marketing initiatives, including lead generation, website traffic, and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with organizational objectives and drive measurable results.
- Create high-quality, targeted content that engages audiences, boosts SEO, drives traffic, and enhances brand authority.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across relevant channels, including social media, email, paid search, and web.
- Measure and report on the performance of campaigns (conversion rates, ROI, KPIs), and provide actionable insights to refine future strategies.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads, and conduct keyword research to optimize performance.

- Market Research: Skilled in designing surveys, interpreting data, and presenting insights to inform business and marketing decisions.
- Marketing Strategy: Proficient in segmenting audiences and tailoring messaging to customer needs, values, and behaviors.
- Consumer Insights: Deep understanding of consumer psychology and how to apply it effectively in campaigns.
- Brand & Content Alignment: Experienced in creating buyer personas and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
The ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on market research and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in lead generation, website traffic, or revenue generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Residency in the South Bay area.
- Ability to work on-site when needed.
Position details:
- $25–$35/hour + performance-based bonus
- Must be able to commute to Palos Verdes, Redondo Beach, South Bay area for in-person activities (1-2 times Monday to Friday and on weekends events if necessary)
- Must be available 10–20 hours per week
This part-time position may transition to full-time based on performance
