What You'll Do:

Run 10–15 confirmed in-home appointments each week (no cold calls or door knocking).

Present roofing and exterior remodeling solutions to homeowners.

Complete paid training, then keep growing with ongoing sales coaching.

Work with a supportive team in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

What You'll Get:

OTE: $125,000–$250,000/year ($36K base + commission, then full commission after 6 months).

Paid training + uncapped commission program. This is a W-2 position.

What We're Looking For:

Reliable vehicle + valid driver's license.

Willingness to work Monday–Saturday (Saturdays required).
