Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to deliver high-quality care to patients throughout in Denver, Colorado Springs, Boulder, and Aspen. As an LPN on our team, you’ll play a key role in patient care, working alongside physicians and RNs to ensure safety, comfort, and effective treatment.
Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and injections.
- Monitor patient vital signs and document progress.
- Provide wound care, dressing changes, and other routine nursing procedures.
- Assist with diagnostic tests and collect specimens.
- Collaborate with RNs and healthcare staff to implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families about health management.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
Requirements
- Active LPN license.
