Personal Care Aide (PCA)

Responsibilities
- Provide respectful assistance with daily living activities.
- Support clients with safe mobility, transfers, and positioning.

- Monitor and promptly report changes in the client’s condition to the supervisor or healthcare professional.
- Adhere to individualized care plans and ensure dignity and confidentiality in all aspects of service.
