Home Health Aide
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home care and support for clients across Colorado Springs, Denver, Aspen, and Boulder. In this role, you will help clients maintain their independence and dignity by assisting with daily activities and following personalized care plans.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care
- Provide safe mobility assistance and transfers
- Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Follow individualized care plans and safety protocols
