As a Remote Client Services Advisor, you’ll connect virtually with union families who have requested information (no cold calling). You’ll walk them through available benefit options and guide them through simple enrollment steps. Your earnings are directly tied to the number of families you assist, with first-year team averages between $85K–$110K and top performers exceeding $150K+ annually.

Responsibilities
- Host virtual meetings with families who request benefit information
- Explain options in a clear, professional manner
- Support families through quick and simple enrollment steps
- Maintain compliance with all industry guidelines
- Build long-term relationships that generate residual income
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication skills and self-motivation
- Full-time commitment (25–40+ hours weekly)
- Reliable computer, phone, and internet connection
- Must reside within the United States
