Fulfillment Associate

Location: Concord, CA
Pay Rate: $18/hr

Schedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm

What You’ll Do

  • Move, open, and pack boxes of medical equipment, ensuring each item is handled with care and accuracy
  • Enter sensitive customer and equipment data into the system with a high degree of accuracy – mistakes can be critical
  • Receive and process returned products, determining whether to refurbish or recycle
  • Clean, test, and refresh returned medical devices so they’re ready to be sent out again
  • Support new team members training through hands-on guidance
  • Work with other departments to support smooth fulfillment operations
  • Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized workspace

What You’ll Bring

  • HS diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
  • Comfortable with both hands-on tasks and computer-based work
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand up to 6 hours a day
