Video Producer (YouTube + Social Media)

About the Role

P2:3 Consulting is looking for a talented and self-motivated Video Producer to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll help tell the ongoing story of our fast-paced consulting firm and the waterparks and recreational brands we serve across the country. You’ll shoot, produce, and edit a wide range of video content — from YouTube episodes and behind-the-scenes documentaries to short-form social content designed for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

We’re not just looking for someone to point and shoot — we need someone who understands how to craft compelling visual stories, capture authentic moments, and deliver polished, platform-specific edits that engage audiences. You’ll work closely with our internal team to brainstorm, film, and execute content that reflects both our company culture and the exciting industries we serve.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Produce and edit YouTube content featuring our day-to-day operations, leadership, and client work
• Film at our offices and capture the behind-the-scenes energy of our business operations
• Follow and film our CEO and leadership team in a documentary-style format
• Travel to client waterparks and recreational properties to shoot on-site content
• Edit long-form footage into high-performing short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
• Collaborate with our marketing team on content strategy, scripting, and publishing schedules
• Assist with basic audio capture (shotgun mic and lav support provided)

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is required
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a strong plus
• Experience capturing clean audio in a run-and-gun setting
• Solid understanding of social-first content and platform best practices
• A strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual detail
• Ability to take initiative while collaborating closely with a supportive marketing team
• Willingness to travel regularly to client locations across Texas and beyond
