About Us:
PracticeSuite, Inc. is an innovative platform to enable medical practices and other healthcare facilities to create an amazing patient experience. As a single platform, PracticeSuite has diverse features to modernize practices and take them to the next level.

We are currently working on the creation of a book and related written projects that require thoughtful research, clear storytelling, and strong editorial quality. We are looking for two Junior Content Editors to support this process and help bring these projects to life.

Position Overview:
The Junior Content Editors will assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing chapters of a book as well as other supporting writing materials (articles, essays, and related content). The ideal candidate has a foundation in Journalism and excellent writing and editing skills. A background or studies in Psychology or Religion will be considered a strong plus, given the themes and depth of the work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading chapters of the book and related content.
• Ensure consistency of tone, style, and messaging across all materials.
• Conduct fact-checking and background research to strengthen content.
• Collaborate with the author(s) and editorial team to refine and improve drafts.
• Manage revisions and track changes with attention to detail.
• Support the creation of supplementary materials (e.g., articles, blogs, promotional content).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field (required).
• Additional academic or personal background in Psychology or Religion (preferred).
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging writing.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple drafts and feedback.
• Familiarity with publishing or editorial workflows is a plus.
