We are looking for FT, PT or Per Diem LNAs. This role is perfect for individuals seeking flexibility while delivering excellent care.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates

Shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends

Per Diem Requirements:

Minimum of 4 shifts per month, with at least 2 on weekends

Responsibilities:

Participate in and receive shift reports from the licensed nurse

Maintain awareness of care plans to provide appropriate resident care

Observe residents frequently to ensure personal care needs are met

Maintain confidentiality of all resident information in compliance with HIPAA

Treat residents with kindness and dignity while respecting their rights and privacy

Encourage residents to maintain independence and achieve the highest level of functioning in daily activities

Requirements:

At least 17½ years old

High school diploma or GED

Licensed with the New Hampshire State Board of Nursing
