Renewable Operations Support Spring 2026

If you love solving problems – this is the position for you! 

Here, you will be introduced to all types of renewable power generation technologies including solar, wind, and battery storage. We work closely with all areas of the business to operate, maintain, and optimize our fleet.  This includes our field technicians, remote operation center, commercial operations team, generation support team, and many others. We are looking for a candidate that enjoys problem solving, continually looking for ways to improve and optimize plant performance, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment. This position will support Renewable Operations, and you’ll learn how daily tasks throughout the company help keep the lights on and maintain a reliable power grid across the United States.

Other duties may include assisting with reporting functions and other tools that help the business operate efficiently.  We want to look for ways to use the large volume of production data that we have from our facilities to help drive better decisions. 

Desired Degrees include engineering, data science, or comparable; electrical engineering (preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required (TEAMS, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external teams

Ability to prioritize and organize work to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills required 

Strong oral and written communications skills required

Experience in organizing and managing multiple projects at the same time.

Positive team player, flexible to changing priorities, and seeks opportunities for process improvement
