Entry-Level Sales Representative (Contract-to-Hire)

Honey Homes is reinventing homeownership by providing families with a dedicated handyman to proactively manage home maintenance. We’re backed by top-tier investors and rapidly growing across the Bay Area.
We’re hiring early-career sales reps to spread the word — door to door. This is a high-energy, in-person sales role where you’ll directly introduce homeowners to our service and book free in-home consultations with our expert handymen.
What You’ll Do
- Go door-to-door in targeted Bay Area neighborhoods
- Spark conversations and build trust with homeowners
- Book free handyman Walk-thrus (consults)
- Hit daily/weekly targets (e.g. 100+ doors/day, 20+ Walk-thrus/month)
- Earn base pay + uncapped commission
- Learn directly from a high-performing, fast-moving team
- Help shape the future of our sales strategy

Compensation
- Monthly target earnings of $X
- Uncapped commission
- $6/hour base
- Mileage reimbursement
- Opportunity for full-time offer after 4 months
