Litigation Associate — Greenville, SC

Location: Greenville, South Carolina 
Position: Full-time Litigation Associate
Compensation: $75,000-$100,000

About the Role
We’re seeking a driven Litigation Associate to join our Greenville office. You will work closely with senior attorneys on a diverse docket of civil litigation and family law matters from intake through resolution. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop courtroom skills, and grow in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements

Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda

Manage discovery, take/defend depositions, and appear in court

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court

Assist senior attorneys with case strategy and trial preparation

What We’re Looking For

J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the South Carolina Bar

2–4+ years of litigation experience (civil and/or family law preferred)

Strong writing, advocacy, and case-management skills

Professionalism, initiative, and a client-first mindset
