Summer Camp Staff – 2026 Season
We are hiring enthusiastic, driven young professionals to join our team for the 2026 Summer Camp season! Our summer staff are positive role models who help create a safe, welcoming, and exciting environment for youth.

Employment Dates: May 18, 2025 – August 10, 2025

Position Overview:
Summer staff will work alongside other college-aged peers to provide the best possible camp experience for our campers. This is a hands-on, dynamic role where you will engage youth in activities, teach new skills, and help foster personal growth in a fun, outdoor setting.

Job Duties Include:

Youth Supervision: Ensure camper safety and well-being throughout their stay, including during meals, activities, and free time.

Program Facilitation: Lead and assist with a variety of camp activities such as high ropes, team-building challenges, group games, kayaking, fishing, archery, and other recreation programs.

Skill & Knowledge Development: Actively engage campers in learning new skills and gaining knowledge about the environment, teamwork, and personal responsibility.

Risk Management: Promote a safe camp environment by following all safety procedures and modeling responsible behavior.

Facility & Camp Operations: Assist with general camp upkeep and help maintain a clean, organized camp environment.

Training & Support:
All staff will receive training in youth development, safety protocols, and program facilitation, including certifications in CPR and First Aid. You’ll also have the opportunity to earn certifications in lifeguarding, high ropes facilitation, and other specialized program areas—plus, you can receive bonus pay for completing certain certifications. By the end of training, you will have the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed in your role.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older

Preferably have completed at least one year of college

Reliable transportation to and from camp on weekends

Enthusiastic, adaptable, and willing to work as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a paid position with housing and meals provided throughout the summer. Staff will gain valuable leadership and communication skills, make lifelong friends, and have a truly unforgettable summer.
