What you will do
Our Undergraduate Summer Interns will join Kenvue for an 11-week internship program to consult on strategic & analytical marketing projects. The program offers learning & development, culture, and mentorship opportunities for each participant and will be from end-May to mid-August, 40 hours per week. You would report to management supervisors and have opportunities to present key project findings and recommendations to business leaders. These and many other program features are collectively designed to provide an enriching experience through Exposure, Environment and Education that challenges and develops undergraduate students personally and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning the history & equity of our brands to help shape the path forward
- Researching competitive advertising, consumer promotion, market research, product/package improvements & best practices
- Consulting on strategic business problems & using data to create recommendations and tell stories
- You will be given the opportunity to interact with senior management, including a mid-point and final summer project presentation to share out your recommendations. Your ideas can help drive the future trajectory of the brand and can be seen in-market!
- Identifying a strategic roadmap to expand the organization’s marketing capabilities
- Assess, forecast, and report business trend drivers
- Develop cross-branding strategy and campaign platforms to drive equity, expand usage, and build regimen.
- Complete an internal & external analysis to inform a media optimization strategy
- Deliver a go-to-market plan for a new product
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)
- Actively enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
- Intended graduation date between December 2026 – July 2027
- Ability to commit to 11-week duration (end-of-May to mid-August) 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday) for the length of the assignment
- Proficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Desired Qualifications
- Concentration major of Marketing or relevant academic major is highly preferred
- Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA (on 4.0 scale)
- Knowledge of the Consumer Package Goods (CPG) Industry
- Excellent creative instincts, analytical skills and be a collaborative member of a cross-functional team
- Passion for marketing/consumer curiosity
