Autism Therapist / Instructor

Your Role: 
• Work 1:1 or in small groups with individuals on academics, social skills, communication, and daily living tasks 
• Implement evidence-based teaching strategies and collect progress data 
• Foster independence and community engagement for individuals with autism

Who We're Looking For: 
• Enthusiastic candidates with an interest in psychology, special education, or direct care 
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass background checks 
• Ability to support students physically and maintain safety protocols

Locations: Bedford & Billerica, MA 
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Day Shift, No Nights/Weekends)
