Engineer in Training, New Graduate

Wilson & Company is seeking entry-level, full-time Engineers in Training, Intern Architects, Planners, Environmental Professionals, Surveyors and Construction Management professionals.

Required Skills:

·      Strong work ethic and an understanding of engineering principles.

·      Experience in CADD utilizing Autocad, Civil 3D and Microstation.

·      Proven teamwork and problem-solving skills.

·      Proficient in Microsoft Suite products including Word and Excel.

·      Good intrapersonal skills.

·      Good verbal and written communication skills.

·      Ability to effectively communicate thoughts and ideas to peers, senior staff, and clients.

Required Experience:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Environmental, Construction Management, Survey and Mapping or related curriculum from an ABET accredited school.

·      Engineering Intern (FE) or appropriate professional certification.

·      0-3 years’ experience.

·      Ability to effectively work with other engineers and technicians.

·      Experience with Autocad, Civil 3D, Microstation and/or Roadway Designer software is highly preferred.

Annual Salary range: $70,000+
